Elizabeth’s classes are designed to enable you to thrive—to live a balanced, powerful, beautiful existence every day.  Her goal is to help you center your universe and realize the joy of the moment.  Elizabeth believes that yoga allows a person to access individual talents, find inspiration, heal unseen wounds, and enhance the quality of life.  Elizabeth grew up loving the magic of the human body and revering the ability to move.  She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University and holds personal training and teaching certifications in Kick Box, Cycle, Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Ab and Body Sculpting, and Plyometrics.  She is also ACSM H/FI, and NASM-CPT certified.  She has taught and trained across the west coast. Come join her for a class and unlock your own strengths through mind travel, breath-work, and by challenging your body.
