First Friday Friends & Flow

Once a month we open our hearts and space to our local community for a FREE yoga flow and friend mingle... THIS month we are changing things up a little! We are excited to be offering a FREE Introduction to HIGH FITNESS in place of our regular yoga flow!

We host a weekly HIGH Fitness class at our studio, but we often hear I just “can’t” do HIGH fitness or I’m “intimidated” to give it a try! So, we decided it’s time to break down some of the bearers to this fun, uplifting cardio-fitness class, and empower you to give it a try!

Most HIGH fitness classes are held as a large class, but at our space you will find a much smaller class size which means much more personalized support and encouragement. We also offer a non-judgmental space, so you don’t have to worry about who is watching or what others are thinking.

Come meet our HIGH Fitness instructor, Jen Ward, and experience an introduction to what HIGH Fitness is all about, and why it’s a great way to cut loose and have fun - a vital piece to experiencing true Relaxation.

Timeline:
7:00 - 7:30 Mingle - Welcome, meet people and get connected in our community!
7:30 - 8:30ish Introduction to HIGH fitness class - Accessible for all levels, please wear fitness attire and tennis shoes. This will be a little different than a typical class. You will get to experience what a HIGH Fitness class is all about, and Jen will also spend time talking about good form, how to modify any movement to be right for your body, and answer any questions you might have!
9:00 Final Goodbye's - We are respectful of time and other commitments :)

Whether you are a regular at our studio, or have yet to experience one of our classes, we invite you to join us at our First Friday Events! It’s always more fun if you invite friends as well. If you have questions about this month, feel free to contact us!

Meditation and Sound Healing

Vibrational sound can be helpful for relaxation and meditation. It has been shown to help stabilize the beatings of the heart, calm breathing down, increase blood flow, and provide a general sense of wellbeing.

We hope you join us for this incredible experience! Space is limited, and priority will be given to participants pre-registered for this event. Cost is $20.00. Members receive 15% discount.

Date Night Yoga

Beginner Friendly & Slightly Romantic!

This class is all about taking time out of your typical weekly routine to spend time with your special someone! Move and breathe together, and deepen your connection.

Space is limited. Class capped at 8 couples!

If your date hasn't been to the studio before they will need to create an account with us when they arrive. If needed, we are happy to help you register over the phone, via email, or in person.
