Prenatal, Postnatal, Women’s Health Mini-Series
This six-week series will meet every week for 75 min practice. It will involve invigorating, holistic, and relaxing movements and postures designed specifically for women’s bodies during pregnancy and postpartum. You will also learn how to safely and comfortably move through any yoga class with your changing body!
