When Heidi Knudson realized that classical ballet did not hold a sustainable future for her, she found yoga and never looked back. Through 30 years of practicing yoga, she has felt solace and strength in her life in the times she needed it most, and joy and calm each time she steps on her mat.

She believes yoga is about exploring, learning, finding answers, and most importantly, a chance to check in with ourselves. Experiences and knowledge gained on the mat translate beautifully to the rest of life.

In her classes, Heidi guides you through finding your purpose in practice, and reaping the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits associated with a regular yoga practice. She loves learning and studying and is excited to share information and philosophies with her students. She is madly in love with yoga and thinks the world would greatly benefit from everyone practicing yoga!
