Jen is a Certified High Fitness Instructor. HIGH Fitness is a hardcore, fun, fitness class that incorporates aerobic interval training with music you love and intense easy to follow fitness choreography. At Jen's class, you will get a high caloric burn and full-body toning workout. Jen loves teaching High Fitness and is thrilled to bring HIGH to Relaxation Fitness. She was hooked after her first HIGH class and immediately signed up to certify so she could share her love with others! Join her on the 1st Saturday of every month.
