Joanna has been teaching yoga for two years, and practicing for over twenty. She loves the way that yoga helps her practice how to do life. She believes yoga is a spiritually, emotionally, and physically healing modality that can help us work through our deepest traumas, and help us to find our place of belonging and understanding in the world. Joanna loves being a mom to her four brilliant and quirky kids, good food, and travel.
Joanna teaches a MIND class on Wednesdays at Relaxation Fitness. In her class, Get Grounded, Joanna offers postures, and breathwork that can help bring balance to your week. Come to slow down, move intentionally, and “getting grounded” so you can to get back to life!
