In Madison’s class you will learn to recognize your imbalances, challenge your strengths, and implement personalized self-care tools. Her goal is to give you your freedom back; to clear your mind and awaken your sprit so that your body can take you where you want to go. Madison is devoted to the continual progression and awareness of the mind, body, and spirit through movement and therapeutic touch. In her youth, undiagnosed GI problems and scoliosis were a struggle for Madison but lead her to Pilates, a degree in Public Health, and a massage and bodyworks certification. Her passion for balance and health is ever evolving. Let her help you to find your own inner resilience so that you can get back to what makes your soul happy.
