Our prices went up, here’s what you need to know:
Beginning in 2019 our membership prices will be going up $10.00 a month. If you became a member with us prior to Jan. 1, 2019, you will remain at your current membership price until March 1, 2019. All of our other offerings are staying the same price at this time. Below you will find some answers to commonly asked questions. If you have additional questions please email us!
Why are prices increasing?
The studio has officially been open 2 years, but, we’re still a baby business, and working hard to meet our financial goals. In the past year we have had a significant increase in our operating expenses. Our high quality teachers, custom app with integrated scheduling software, and our luxurious studio space all help make Relaxation Fitness great. We love to give our clients an exceptional experience each an every time while striving to make our studio as affordable as possible. Unfortunately, we simply cannot continue to hold as many class or offerings without increasing our prices. We are so grateful for each of our members. Thanks for supporting us!
Will I still have the same benefits?
YES! All of our membership benefits will remain the same. In fact, we will be working hard to bring more value to our memberships throughout this next year. We are currently looking into members only classes, early registration for special events and workshops, as well as referral rewards programs. We welcome any ideas on what we could change or add to make our community better.
Will Classes / Offerings Change?
From time to time there will be changes made to our weekly class schedule. Seasonal shifts, and schedule changes will be announced on the 15th of each month. We will also be announcing all of our 2019 studio closures are the beginning of the year. We aim to keep 20+ classes a week on our schedule at all times. We will be decreasing the amount of paid workshops and special events that are held at the studio in 2019 and hope that it will keep us focused on what we do best! When there are special classes / workshops we intend to bring in experts with incredible offerings to support your practice.
Is there anything I need to do?
No, not at this time. Our intention is for this change to happen automatically. We will be sending out email reminders as the change gets closer. If you have personal requests please feel free to email us. If we contact you directly about your membership, we ask that you kindly and promptly respond. Please remember that it is your responsibility to keep your account with us up to date.
What do I need to do if I want to cancel my membership?
We’d hate to see you go! But, we also understand that our memberships aren’t right for everyone. In order to cancel a membership with us, you will need to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org several days prior to your next automatic payment. Once membership payments are made they are non-refundable.
