Rebecca Fronberg has been practicing yoga since 2000 and teaching since 2006. Yoga students can expect to find variety, new techniques and the standards of breath awareness, strength building, balance and flexibility in her classes. Rebecca enjoys exploring new ideas and bringing variations of poses into her teachings. Her classes center around various themes related to yoga philosophy, chakra energy centers, and the eight-limbed path of yoga. Rebecca's Health Education degree and passion for yoga has led her to study many teachings including the ancient yogic texts, the Bhagavad Gita and Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, as well as energy medicine and guided visualization which she often incorporates into meditation during savasana. She received her RYT-200 (Registered Yoga Teacher-200 hours of training) certification through YogaFit® and is currently working toward her RYT-500. She has been trained to teach various forms of yoga including vinyasa flow, trauma release, and restorative.
