Robin’s classes incorporate a Mindful blend of thoughtful breathing, graceful movement, and a bit of lighthearted, dramatic flare. She believes in smiling and occasional laughter while finding your own balance and comfort in each posture. Combining gentle, flowing sequences with individual movement throughout to find what your body needs in each moment are essential components of her Yoga practice. Yoga was the key to completely healing an incapacitating injury, which compelled Robin to accelerate her practice and to journey to Rishikesh, India, where she trained to become a Yoga Instructor in order to fulfill her desire to share Yoga’s healing gifts with others. Robin's classes happen every Thursday afternoon at 4:30pm.
