Serena has been a fitness instructor for over 20 years! Yoga has always been a part of the many types of classes she has taught but in the last 6 years, yoga has become her passion. Serena holds a variety of fitness certifications, and most recently completed her Yoga certification in 2018. Because of her fitness background, Serena brings an athletic approach to her classes and gravitates toward the power Yoga. In addition to yoga Serena teaches barre, a great cardio, strength, and stretching workout that brings a full body cross-training option to her clients.

Serena loves the great outdoors and in addition to running and hiking as much as possible she also loves to get as many friends as possible to practice Yoga outside with her in the summer months.
