Traci brings a sense of fun into her classes and gives you the freedom to explore on your mat. She loves teaching yoga for the opportunity to connect with incredible people, and help students to honor where their bodies are right now. For Traci, yoga started as a hobby but it has grown into an integral part of who she is. She took her first yoga class over 11 years ago and was hooked. She is inspired by yoga’s transformative power—both internally and externally. Her own practice helps her still her mind, focus on herself, and simply makes her smile! She received her first instructor training through Tony Sanchez at the Yogic Physical Culture Academy, and has gone on to study Vimana, and Yin Yoga as well.
